2016 Youth Program

The 2016 Youth Instructional Shooting Program wrapped up on August 9th with the 10th and final week of shooting. Thank you to everyone that came out this year and a big thanks to all the volunteer coaches who provided their time to make the program possible. >

Congratulations to our 2016 AIM team that shot at the Illinois State Trap Tournament ! (and who also shoot in our Youth Program). William Davenport shot a 191 in singles and Hannah Martin shot a 196. The whole team shot great! There were 270 AIM shooters who competed in the state tournament the weekend of June 11. The team represented Peoria Skeet and Trap very well.

The 2012 Youth Shoot held its final shoot on August 7th. Hope everyone enjoyed the pizza that was provided.

Thank you to all the volunteers that helped supervise and coach the 18 youth shooters that participated on our final week.

We greatly appreciate the time and effort of everyone that volunteered their help during the season.

Thank you also to the NRA and Pheasants Forever and individual contributors for donations that helped to support the program.

And finally, thank you to the youth participants that came out during the summer to improve their skeet/trap shooting.

2011 Program

Thank you to the club members who volunteered their time in 2011 to help out here on Tuesday evenings and keep everything running smoothly.

Your time is very much appreciated !

We also wish to recognize the National Rifle Association Foundation for their support and contribution of shells and targets.

The 2011 Youth Program has ended but the club is intending to have a bigger and better Youth program next year. We look forward to seeing everyone come out again next year. In the meantime, keep practicing your shooting !
